4FRNT Labs LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company (2389 Main St. STE 100, Glastonbury, CT 06033). We provide a free AI-powered business scan (“the 4FRNT Scan”) and offer three paid tiers (The Pocket Scan, The Factory, and White Glove) to help small businesses grow.

The scan is genuinely free. There’s no card capture, no trial that converts, no email required. Run it on any business, as often as the posted rate limits allow (a handful of scans an hour — enough for any real use, tight enough to keep it free).

The 4FRNT Scan is an AI. Its findings are informed estimates based on patterns we’ve trained it on, not guarantees of outcomes. Don’t bet your business on a single scan without your own due diligence.

• The scan reads only publicly available information. Don’t use it to harass, defame, or surveil any business or person, and don’t republish another business’s scan results without their consent.
• Don’t scrape, automate, or rate-limit-circumvent the scan endpoint. We have rate limits in place; respect them.
• Don’t share PHI (patient health information) or other regulated data with the scan. We’re not a HIPAA business associate.
• Don’t resell, white-label, or redistribute the scan’s output as your own work.

If we detect abuse, we’ll block your IP without warning.

The Pocket Scan ($39/mo founding rate) and The Factory ($399/mo founding rate) are month to month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Pro-rated refunds within 14 days of any charge.

The Factory is also sold annually at $3,990 for twelve months, charged once up front, which is two months off the monthly price. The annual plan is the only one that includes The Setup. It renews automatically at the then-current annual rate at the end of each twelve-month term unless you cancel before the renewal date; you can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and cancelling stops the next renewal while leaving the term you have already paid for in place. The same 14-day pro-rated refund applies to the annual charge.

White Glove is application only and priced per engagement; the rate depends on the business and the scope, and is set before anything is billed. Like every tier, it is month to month, with the price, the deliverables, ship dates, and the one number we’re moving written into an engagement letter.

Our 60-day results guarantee: before any paid work starts, we agree in writing on the deliverable, the ship date, and the one number it’s meant to move. If we miss the ship date, that month is on us. If the number hasn’t moved after 60 days of shipped work, month three of service is free.

Anything you tell the scan is yours. Anything it generates for you (assessments, mockups, reports) is yours to use however you want. We retain copies for our own records and to improve the product.

Our brand, codebase, design system, and the scan’s system prompt are ours. Don’t copy them.

4FRNT is provided “as is.” We’re a small team building this in good faith. We can’t guarantee 100% uptime, and our liability for any single claim is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months (which for free users is $0).

If something goes wrong, email us first. We’d rather make it right than fight you in court.

If we genuinely can’t resolve something, disputes are governed by Connecticut state law and resolved in Connecticut courts.

If we change these materially, we’ll email anyone whose email we have. Old versions live in our git history if you want to audit them.
