The diagnosis comes first.
4FRNT exists because small business owners keep getting sold AI tools before anyone bothers to find the actual problem. We built the reverse of that: a scan that reads your business the way a customer does, names what it finds in real terms, and hands you the plan for free. The pitch comes after the proof, if it comes at all.

Software first, questions never
Walk into most local businesses and you’ll find a drawer of audits nobody read and a subscription to a tool nobody opens. The industry sells the fix before anyone names the problem, so the owner pays monthly for an answer to a question nobody asked.
We started from the other end. Find the problem, price it from the owner’s own numbers, show the plan, and charge only when someone wants it built. The scan takes Reads 6 surfaces of your business (positioning, Google, reviews, your booking path, competitors, and whether AI search can find you), and costs nothing.
What we refuse to do, in writing.
These are enforced in the product, not pinned to a wall. The scan is built so it can’t break them.
- 01
No invented numbers
Every number traces to your own words or your scan. If the scan can’t source a number, it doesn’t say one. An estimate built on nothing is just a guess wearing a suit.
- 02
Median, never mean
Competitor benchmarks use the median, so one outlier down the street can’t inflate the whole market and make your gap look bigger than it is.
- 03
Estimates say so
Anything estimated is labeled as an estimate, with the math shown. You can check the arithmetic yourself, and you should.
- 04
No sales scripts
The scan output is the whole pitch. Take it to your own web person if you want. If the work is good, it brings you back on its own.
Built to a standard, not to a template
Everything that leaves this shop is built from your business’s own data, your site, your Google, your customers, and a human reviews every piece before it reaches you. Nothing ships on autopilot. If a finding cannot survive a second, hostile fact-check, you never see it; if the scan finds nothing worth fixing, it says exactly that and costs you nothing.
The aim is work you would keep even if you never paid us a dollar: findings you can verify yourself, deliverables with the reasoning attached, and a guarantee with dates and numbers in writing instead of adjectives. That is the whole difference, and it is enforced in the product, not promised in the copy.
Know. Have. Done.
Everything after the free scan is optional. You move up only if the numbers make sense, and every paid tier carries human review before anything ships.

One standard. Held on purpose.
The standard does not move. What goes out is what I would want if my own name were on the door, and a person checks every piece of paid work before it reaches you.
We stay current on purpose. How a customer finds a local business has changed twice in two years, and most of this industry is still selling the old playbook. Keeping ahead of that is part of what you are paying for.
And your business comes before the invoice. I would rather understand what you actually need and say no to the rest than sell you a package that looks impressive on a proposal. One client who stays because the work keeps earning it is worth more than ten who sign once and drift.
