No online booking on the pages we read
Anyone who wants to schedule has to get in touch and wait to hear back, and the ones who will not wait book whoever lets them tap "book" instead. Fix: put a one-tap booking link where visitors first land.
Find the gaps in your website, Google presence and customer journey. Get the evidence and a practical next move, free. Then choose how much help you want making it happen.
This is the report format, filled in for a fictional HVAC company. A finding measured on your own pages says so, and says where. A surface the scan could not read is listed as unread, never counted as missing.
Anyone who wants to schedule has to get in touch and wait to hear back, and the ones who will not wait book whoever lets them tap "book" instead. Fix: put a one-tap booking link where visitors first land.
Fresh reviews are what turn a local search into a booked customer. Fix: turn on a steady review ask after every visit.
No finding is ever made about a page the scan could not read.
The scan checks readable website content, available Google data, public reviews, and sampled AI answers. You get up to four findings, the evidence behind them, and what to check or improve next.
Example checks, not results from a client. Your report separates observed facts, inferences, and checks the scan could not complete.
Every rule the scan uses is replayed against frozen copies of 71 real business websites. A change that tells one owner something false fails the test.
The 71 sites are therapists, dentists, HVAC and plumbing companies, roofers, salons and restaurants. Each page was labeled from what a visitor actually sees, blind to the scan’s answer, and a second labeler redid 12 sites at random: they agreed on 150 of 156 facts.
Telling a practice it has no online booking when its page has a Request an Appointment button. Saying a phone number is missing when it sits in the footer. The previous version of the scan made 38 claims like these on the same 71 sites. This one makes none: when the page suggests something exists, the report says what it saw and makes no claim either way.
Latest run: October 12, 2026. Every finding the report shows comes from these measured checks or from Google, plus one labeled estimate of AI-search readiness. AI-written findings stay out of the report until they pass the same test; the consultant’s suggested moves are AI-written from these measured facts and labeled as advice.
Start with the free findings. Keep it self-serve, get reviewed work, or bring us in to run the implementation.
Up to four specific finds, each named in real terms, plus the plan to fix them. Take it and run. No catch: the scan is our demo.
The scan stays on the job. A fresh read every month across everything it watches: verified rating and reviews, booking, email capture, review ask, named SEO basics, social following, your standing against the local median, and whether AI search names you. Every re-scan emails you what moved, and any confirmed regression leads the email. Software only; human deliverables live at The Factory.
Three implementations done for you: booking, Google Business Profile, and review setup, scoped to your business and access. Plus four human-reviewed drops every month, starting in month one, from the menu: ad concepts, social content, email or SMS copy, review replies, landing-section mockups, and Google Business Profile fixes. We keep a record of each setup we do; your monthly scan tracks the public signals it can see.
We implement the three initial fixes. You publish or send the monthly assets. Five-day turnaround per drop, two in flight, one revision each. Managed ads, site builds and custom code require White Glove scope.
We run it: site, socials, ads, the review machine. Senior work only, by application.
The Factory and White Glove carry the guarantee, in writing: the deliverable, the ship date, and the number it moves, agreed before any work starts. The Pocket Scan is software, month to month. Miss the date and that month is on us.
Before any paid work starts, we agree in writing on the exact deliverable, the ship date, the one number it is meant to move, how that number is measured and from what baseline, and what you do on your side (answer the leads we send, keep the offer live).
Miss the ship date and that month is on us. If that number has not moved after 60 days of shipped work and you held up your end, month three is free.
Things outside our control (a price change, a staffing gap, a slow season) are named up front and sit outside the guarantee, not sprung on you after.
Online checkout opens soon. Until then, Get started opens an email to us and we set you up by reply.
Founding rates hold for the first 44, in writing. The rate is low because the trade is honest: you get the price, we get our first published case studies. No sales scripts.
Six surfaces, one pass: your website and positioning, your Google presence, your reviews, your booking path, your local competitors, and how easily AI search can read and cite you. That last one is a structural read of what AI crawlers can see on your site, plus, when the live check runs, a few versions of a customer's question put to Perplexity to see whether it names you. Then it names up to four gaps worth fixing, explains why each one matters, and hands you the plan to close them. If it finds nothing material, it says so, and the report lists what it could not check.
Yes, free forever, with no card and no sign-up. The scan is our demo, so it has to be good enough to earn the paid work. You keep the finds and the plan and can act on them however you like. If the numbers make sense, there is a ladder of paid plans after it.
Every finding traces to something the scan saw on your public presence or something you told us. If the scan could not read your site, it says so and makes no claim about what is or is not on your pages. If a detail needs your input, the scan asks instead of inventing it. A clean business can get a report with nothing material found; the report always lists what was checked, what could not be checked, and what did not apply to your kind of business. Every finding in the report is measured, from your pages or from Google, so you can check each one yourself in seconds; the one estimate, how readable your site is to AI search, is labeled as an estimate. The scan does not show findings an AI wrote on its own: tested against 71 real businesses, those were wrong too often, so they stay out until they pass the same test. After the findings, an AI consultant suggests a few moves using only those measured facts; they are labeled as advice, because in blind tests on the same businesses 85 to 92 percent were right in every detail. The full house rules are on our About page.
The Pocket Scan is $39/month, all self-serve: a full re-scan every month across everything the scan watches (verified rating and reviews, booking, email capture, review ask, SEO basics, social, your standing against the local median, and your AI-search readiness), an email after every re-scan where any confirmed regression leads, the portal scoreboard, and up to 50 scan-chat messages a month. The Factory is $399/month: four human-reviewed content and creative drops every month, one a week, starting in month one, plus three implementations we do for you early on: we wire your booking path, repair your Google Business Profile, and set up reviews (for a therapy practice, a quiet review link and safe replies, never asking clients). We record the evidence for each of those setups (what we changed, and where) and show it to you, because a public scan cannot prove that a booking works or that a review ask goes out. Your monthly scan keeps tracking the public signals it can see, so you can watch those move. White Glove is application only and priced per engagement, because the right number depends on the business and the scope; we set it with you before anything is billed. That is the tier where we do hands-on work on the parts we agree to own, such as your site, socials, ads, or reviews. Monthly plans are month to month, cancel any time.
More people now ask an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Google's AI Mode, for "the best [business] near me" instead of scrolling a list of links. The answer names a few businesses, and an engine can only name one it can find and read. The scan checks how easily AI answer engines can read and cite your site and shows how to fix what it finds. When the live check runs, it also asks Perplexity a customer's question a few ways and shows whether you were named. It does not check ChatGPT or Google's AI answers directly.
Free forever. Your numbers, your plan, yours to keep. If the scan finds nothing worth fixing, it cost you nothing.
