Every number, shown its work.
Frank puts a dollar figure on the money your business is not collecting yet. Here is exactly how he gets there, and what he refuses to do. If a number cannot survive this, it does not ship.
It all hangs on one path.
Every business turns strangers into paying, repeat customers along a single chain: demand, then visits, then inquiries, then responses, then bookings, then sales, then repeat business. Frank finds where THAT chain breaks for you and sizes the break. Every dollar can only enter the total once.
The math is yours, not ours.
The value of a customer, your ticket, your fee, your close rate: those come from you or from what the scan can actually see, never assumed and never borrowed from an industry average. If Frank needs a number he cannot see, he asks for it instead of guessing. No made-up anchor, ever.
Overlapping gaps are netted, never stacked.
Most gaps touch the same customers, so their dollar impacts overlap. Frank never adds them into a fake total. He leads with the single biggest one sized in full, treats the rest as a fraction on top of what the leader does not already capture, and shows you the gross and the realistic number side by side.
The ceiling is not the pickup.
A gap at full size is not the money you will actually get back. Frank reports a conservative, probability-adjusted band, the money that is realistically recoverable, not the theoretical maximum. A narrow figure you can bank beats a fat one that impresses.
Every finding runs an adversarial pass.
After Frank writes a finding, a separate pass tries to break it: does the math hold, does the claim trace to real data, is anything double-counted. If a finding cannot defend itself against its own numbers, it never reaches you.
What Frank cannot know, he will not pretend to.
He can see your public presence and structural readiness, not your live Google rank, not your true conversion rate, not anything private. Whatever he cannot measure, he frames as a question or a typical range for a business your size, never as your measured fact.
Why the honest number is smaller than the sum.
All three gaps fight over the same customers, so their dollars overlap. We net that out and weight for what is realistically recoverable. The honest number is the smaller one, and it is the one we would put in writing.
